- Chest: Measure around the fullest part, under the armpits, keeping the tape horizontal.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part, typically where your body bends side to side.
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
- Sleeve Length: Measure from the center back neck, across the shoulder, down the arm to the wrist.
